Weather Conditions: It was a beautiful, warm day.

The riders met at the information center to wait for shelter availability. Riders were briefed prior to moving to shelter C. Flags were posted and riders positioned as LCDR Heebner and family arrived.

I would like to thank the family for allowing us to honor this man who served his county so well. It was amazing how many riders showed up for this service considering the heavy schedule we've experienced the past week. Thank you all.
